1. The service
Pipa Bookings is operated by SECLUDED VISION LTDA ("we"). It lets a business ("Business") connect its own WhatsApp Business number and take bookings and answer customers there, with an optional AI assistant and an admin for its team. By connecting a Business or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
Businesses join by invitation. The Business owner is responsible for who on their team has access and for keeping sign-in codes private.
3. WhatsApp and Meta
- The Business connects its WhatsApp Business account through Facebook Login for Business. It stays the Business's account, and the Business must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.
- The Business must have its customers' permission to message them, and must not send spam or prohibited content.
- Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages. Those charges go to the payment method the Business adds in WhatsApp Manager, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. The AI assistant
The assistant can make mistakes. It only proposes bookings, which the customer confirms, and the Business can switch it off or take over any conversation. The Business is responsible for the information it gives the assistant, such as prices and hours.
5. Data
The Business controls its customers' data and we process it on its behalf, as our Privacy Policy describes. The Business must have a lawful basis to share that data with us.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass people, to get around WhatsApp limits, or to try to access another Business's data. We may suspend a Business that does, or switch off its messaging while we look into abuse.
7. Fees
Fees, if any, are agreed with each Business in writing.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, and it depends on providers such as Meta and OpenAI. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost bookings or profits.
9. Ending
A Business can stop at any time by disconnecting WhatsApp and telling us. We may end the service with 30 days' notice, or at once for serious breaches of these terms. After it ends we delete the Business's data as our Privacy Policy describes.
